Property Consultancy Services Inc. (PCS) is a subsidiary of Altman Real Estate and is the group’s consultancy and development division.
PCS is comprised of eleven (11) real estate service specialists in a variety of disciplines who form a complete one-stop shop for many large projects throughout Barbados and the wider Caribbean. A core strength of PCS is its multi-disciplinary talent pool with extensive experience in working on projects of varying sizes and disciplines.

The company presently project manages Limegrove, Rockley and Sugar Hill developments in Barbados, Villas on the Green in St Lucia and is retained as investment advisor to the Fortress Caribbean Property Fund, a listed Mutual Fund.
PCS is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Barbados Estate Agents and Valuers Association.
