Construction Project ManagementPCS is currently retained as Project Managers for four major developments including one in St. Lucia. SUGAR HILL - Over the last ten years PCS has been project managers of the Sugar Hill development project. The development consists of 98 homes and a central clubhouse on 52 acres overlooking the Caribbean Sea. As project managers, PCS was solely responsible for the successful execution of this project with responsibilities including: hiring and directing of professional teams, procurement of finance, project conceptualization, legal master planning, finance and accounting, and ongoing management. LIMEGROVE – PCS is currently project managing the Limegrove development in Holetown, St. James. The development is underway and will comprise approximately 56 residential units, and over 135,000 square feet of retail space. On completion, the development is set to change the face of Holetown and shopping in Barbados. PCS’s responsibilities include project conceptualization, debt procurement, project management, business planning, legal master planning, finance and accounting, hiring of professional teams. ROCKLEY – The recent Cane Garden and Orange Hill developments at Rockley Resort in Christ Church are being project managed by PCS. Orange Hill, Phase I of the development consisting of 22 units, was completed in 2007. Cane Garden, Phase II of the development, consisting of 26 units, is in the development stages. PCS’s responsibilities have included project conceptualization, project management, quantity surveying, debt procurement. VILLAS ON THE GREEN, ST LUCIA – Located on the St. Lucia Golf and Country Club Golf Course, this 16.75 acre development comprises 72 residential units and a Clubhouse facility. PCS’s responsibilities have included project conceptualization, project management, quantity surveying services, accounting and financial management, financing procurement, business planning, and on-going management. In addition to the 4 above developments, PCS is involved in the following developments with respect to ongoing administrative management of property owners’ associations, condominium hotel management, and accounting services.
